Mr. Pronab Kumar Das joined Bay Leasing and Investment Ltd. in 2006 and has developed extensive experience in the financial services sector over the course of his career. He has held various responsibilities in recovery management, human resource management, and other key operational functions, building strong expertise in distressed asset recovery, employee management, organizational administration, and financial services.
In his current capacity as Head of Recovery and Head of HR, Mr. Das is responsible for overseeing the organization’s recovery activities and human resource functions. His responsibilities include managing recovery operations, strengthening collection and resolution strategies, supporting employee development, and contributing to effective organizational management.
Mr. Das completed his graduation and Master’s degree and has attended various training programs, workshops, and seminars throughout his professional career. His extensive experience and multidisciplinary expertise contribute significantly to the organization’s recovery initiatives and human resource management.
