With an illustrious career spanning three decades, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise garnered from his extensive journey within the banking sector. Mr. Ruknuzzaman embarked on his professional odyssey in 1993, marking the inception of a remarkable trajectory. Throughout his career, he has made significant contributions to renowned financial institutions, including Midas Financing Ltd., IPDC, and IFIL. In IFIL he served as the Deputy Managing Director for 5 years. His invaluable experience also extends to international projects, having worked with the Export Readiness Fund under the World Bank initiative.
Mr. Md. Enayet Kabir is working at Bay Leasing & Investment Limited since 2010 under various capacities in senior management position. Mr. Enayet Kabir, formerly from A.Wahab & Co., Bangladesh, has vast experience in financial reporting and analysis, management reporting, budgetary control, corporate finance, auditing, taxation and legal matter. Mr. Enayet Kabir is currently serving as Head of Finance & Accounts of the FI’s since 2016. Besides, he devotes some of his time as member of Management Committee, Asset Liability Committee, and Integrity Committee of the Financial Institutions. He obtained Hon’s and MBA from Jagannath University having major in Accounting. He also completed C.A. (C.C.) from ICAB and completed Certificate level.
During his career, he attended a good number of training, seminar and workshop on different aspects of financial services. He received numerous professional trainings, short and long courses organized by Bangladesh Bank, BSEC etc.
Mr. Md. Golam Mahiuddin, Head of Liability Management Department
Mr. Golam Mahiuddin was appointed as the Head of liability Management Department of Bay leasing & Investment Ltd in March 2024. Prior to joining BLIL He served as Head of Liability in National Finance Ltd. & First Finance Ltd.
Mr. Mahiuddin has over 16 years working experience in the financial Industry. He started his Liability Career with United Finance Ltd in 2009. During those years he was a best employee of the year 2010 & year 2011. He also serves as a Manager & Head of liability (Unit -2) position at Peoples leasing & Financial ltd. during the period February 2012 to January 2018.
He obtained his EMBA major in Marketing from East West University. Earlier he obtained his BBS & MBS in Accounting from National University. He has also attended a good number of trainings on Leadership, Motivation, AML & CFT from Bangladesh Bank and actively participated in various sales and communication training programs, customer services & communication, earning several medals and awards for his outstanding performance in those areas.

Md. Mahade Hassan Bhuyan
Assistant Vice President
Mr. Mahade Hasan Bhuyan has joined Bay Leasing and Investments Limited (BLIL) as Executive Officer on December 2010. He currently serves as Assistant Vice President in Credit Department. Besides his core responsibilities, Mr. Mahade Hasan is actively act as the member secretary of MANCOM, Credit Committee, Willful Defaulter Identification Unit and Risk Management Forum.
Mr. Mahade Hasan has nearly 18 years of experience in the financial industry in different divisions such as Marketing, Business, Credit, Credit Administration, Asset Operations and recovery management etc. His journey commenced in 2005 as a Assistant Officer at Bangladesh Finance and Investment Ltd. and also worked for Aviva Finance Limited (Formar Reliance Finance) with Large Corporate and Syndication Finance, Emerging Corporate, Medium Enterprises, SME Loan, and Home Loan credit portfolios with versatile capacities.
Mr. Mahade Hasan obtained his MBA (major in Finance) from Daffodil Internationl University (DIU) and M.A in English from National University. and attended numerous trainings/workshops/seminars on Credit Risk Management, Risk Management, Loan structuring, Corporate Finance, SME Finance, Islamic Banking, Product Development, etc

A.K.M. Jahirul Islam
Assistant Vice President
Mr. A.K.M. Jahirul Islam has more than 15 years of extensive experience in NBFIs. He joined Bay Leasing and Investment Limited (BLIL) in 2017, following a distinguished career path encompassing various roles at National Finance Ltd and MIDAS Financing Ltd. Currently Mr. Jahir leading the Credit Risk Management Department of BLIL. He has got well rounded experience with expertise in Corporate, SME and Retail Finance as well as branch operations manager role.
He completed his BBA and MBA (major in Finance and Banking) from the University of Dhaka. He has also obtained LLB degree in 2019 from National University and attended numerous trainings/workshops on Credit Risk Management, Corporate Finance, SME Finance, Project Finance etc.at Bangladesh Bank, BIBM and different training organizations of Bangladesh.
